Arkven is a tool for building a reserve review file. During the research cohort, access is invite-only. These terms are short on purpose.
The service
You connect operating data, enter your reserve terms, and get one merchant request plus a printable pack. You send that pack in your payment provider's own channel. We do not submit it for you. We do not process payments, store PAN or CVV, or submit chargeback appeals.
No promises
We do not guarantee that reserve terms will change. Estimated working capital held is a model from your volume — not the processor ledger. The request in the file is illustrative: not legal advice, not financial advice, and not an Arkven underwriting recommendation.
Research cohort
If you participate, you agree we may keep the provider questions and final reserve outcome you share, so we can improve the file. Sample figures on the public site are fictional and labeled as sample.
Your account
Keep your login to yourself. Disconnect connected accounts in the app when you want. Email hello@arkven.com to ask us to delete your data.
Not affiliated
Arkven is not a law firm, not a lender, and is not affiliated with Stripe or Shopify. We do not claim SOC 2, PCI, or similar certifications we have not completed.
